Access to the enjoygodlyrituals.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website) in order to register for events is allowed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Client), who complies with the present Terms and Conditions.
In order to successfully complete the event registration procedure, the Customer undertakes to provide the information requested and to fill in all fields adequately, completely, correctly and truthfully, as they appear specified in the content of the identity document .
The Site may be used by customers only for viewing, registering for events, paying and recommending products and services. The Site may not be used to make any illegal, fraudulent payment, to post or transmit any defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, inflammatory or similar material. We reserve the right to disallow posting and/or delete immediately and without prior notice any comment on the site that contains inappropriate language, gross typographical errors, or may cause image damage and/or create a state of discomfort, to the owner of the website, customers or visitors of this website.
We cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted use of the site. Errors, defects, viruses, or other harmful behavior may occur on the Site or servers that make it unavailable. We will take all measures to limit and eliminate such unpleasant events as soon as possible.

Any client who wishes to do so can also register on the event pages organized by Daniela Berbece and the Enjoy Godly Rituals collaborators. through the company Enjoy Touring SRL. To register for events, it is necessary to fill in the following personal data: Name and surname, email address, phone number, age, occupation, date of registration and payment term(s).
Payment – Billing
Payments will be made to the company Enjoy Touring SRL, owner of the enjoygodlyrituals.com website, according to the legislation in force.

The Enjoy Godly Rituals seller, through Enjoy Touring SRL, will issue an invoice to the Client for the services provided. In this sense, the Customer has the obligation to provide the Seller with all the information necessary to issue the invoice, according to the legislation in force. The invoice will be communicated to the Customer in electronic format after the payment of the ordered services.
Right of withdrawal
If a client has registered for an event and can no longer participate in it, it is necessary to notify the service provider – Enjoy Godly Rituals, by email at contact@enjoygodlyrituals.com. If this notification is made in time, the amount paid by the client may be partially or fully refunded, depending on the conditions accepted at the time of registration, and a cancellation invoice will be drawn up for the purchased services.
If the notification does not meet the deadline mentioned at the time of registration, the payment made becomes non-returnable. The customer can use the payment made for the event he does not participate in as a deposit for a future event, if the organizer accepts it. The customer is obliged to announce the name of the event and the date on which he wishes to participate, so that he can take his place in good time.
The contractual responsibility
By accessing and using the site, by registering for events, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the terms and conditions of the site.
Acceptance of the site’s Terms and Conditions is confirmed by checking the appropriate checkbox on the site and/or by registering for any of the events published on the site.
The owner of the site cannot be held responsible for damage to the computer or any other equipment of customers who browse the site, download content in the form of data, text, images, video or audio from the site.

Complaints

Following the receipt of your notification, you will receive a written response, to the email address mentioned on the occasion of bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention, within no more than 48 hours, referred to a working day.
The customer agrees not to publicize these grievances (on social networks, media, private party discussions or in any other way) subject to the damages caused for the image damage caused to the site owner by these actions.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including but not limited to the logo, stylized representations, symbols, images, photos, text content and the like, as well as the entire content of the information contained in the website are the exclusive property of Enjoy Godly Rituals, through the company Enjoy Touring SRL .
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, modify, supplement, use, display, include, link, transmit, remove insignia, photographs, images, pieces of text, display, sell, etc., the content, data, information, photographs or other information found on the site without the express permission granted in writing by Enjoy Touring SRL.
Personal Data Processing
Enjoy Touring SRL complies with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
The purpose for which we ask the Client to provide personal data is to enable communication regarding event locations and the transmission of preparatory materials, promotion of goods and services, marketing, advertising, development, market research, statistics, monitoring sales and Customer behavior, and the like.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client declares that he agrees that his personal data be included in our database and expressly consents to his personal data being stored, used and processed indefinitely by Enjoy Touring SRL and his collaborators.
Based on a written request signed and sent to Enjoy Touring, you can exercise your right to one request per year for confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed, free of charge.
You can also request in writing, at the same address: the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the legal provisions, the transformation into anonymous data of the data whose processing does not comply with the legal provisions and notification to third parties who their data has been disclosed, if this is not impossible or does not involve an effort disproportionate to the legitimate interest that could be harmed.
The information regarding the client’s personal data can be transmitted to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized bodies of the State, based on their request and within the limits provided by law.

On the occasion of registering in the list of the enjoygodlyrituals.com website, the Client expressed his agreement regarding the receipt of Newsletters.
The newsletter is a means of periodic, exclusively electronic (e-mail, SMS) information on services, events, promotions, etc. of a certain period, without any commitment on the part of the owner with reference to the information contained therein.

Major force
None of the contracting parties is responsible for the non-execution on time and/or the improper execution – in whole or in part – of any obligation falling under this contract, if the non-execution or improper execution of the respective obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law, for reasons beyond the control of the parties.
The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 5 (five) days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
Applicable law
The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any misunderstanding between the owner of the site and the Client in relation to the relations arising from the use of the site are to be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, to be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest.
Final Provisions
This site www.enjoygodlyrituals.com is owned by SC Enjoy Touring SRL, which grants you the right to access and use the site subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the site you automatically and unequivocally give your consent to comply with the Terms and Conditions on the site.
Enjoy Touring SRL has the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated version on the website, and the Customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions whenever he accesses the website. The customer has the obligation to strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions on the website and cannot claim or defend himself with ignorance of the Terms and Conditions on the website, valid on the date of access, use or in the case of registering for an event.
The present Terms and Conditions are supplemented with special aspects/provisions contained in the events available on the site. In the event of contradictions between these Terms and Conditions and the special provisions mentioned above, the special provisions take precedence.
