How to Prepare:
Don’t Eat Beforehand
It is advisable not to eat 2-3 hours before the massage session. We also recommend drinking plenty of water after the massage, it helps to eliminate toxins and drain lymph.
Because any type of massage is a detoxification, it is naturally necessary to consume a greater amount of liquids to eliminate toxins.
Discuss with your Therapist
Before a first session, you might discuss with the therapist any health issues as well as the results you wish to achieve. Honesty and openness lead to your comfort, and an open interaction with the therapist will build trust and relaxation, key to a successful therapy session.
