In our therapy center in Bucharest city center, or during the online therapy sessions, we support you in overcoming the stress in the daily life as an individual person or temporary difficulties as a couple.
To book and confirm your therapy session, a nonrefundable booking fee of 30 EUR is required. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your session. Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of this payment.
The booking fee is essential to ensure that the therapist’s valuable time is respected and used efficiently. Unfortunately, some clients cancel their appointments at the last minute, which prevents other clients from benefiting from that time.
By paying this therapy booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy, and you enable us to offer this opportunity to another client if you decide to cancel.
This deposit reflects your commitment to the therapy session you have chosen and respects the therapist’s time and expertise.
